What are your operating hours?

Our gym is open from 5:45pm to 9:00pm on Mon - Thurs, Friday schedule only Sat - Sun Closed. Please note that our hours may vary on holidays, so we recommend checking our website or contacting us directly for any holiday schedule changes.

Head Coach

My name is Juan Navarro born and raised in Blackfoot ID.

I started my fitness journey back in 2010 when in began playing sports. I wrestled and played football these 2 sports became a passion and a way of releasing stress, frustration, and building confidence.

Fast forward a few years, I then joined the military 2013 which you must have a fit lifestyle, this is when I began lifting and seeing how the gym and lifting weights can help deal with those stresses, frustration, and building confidence. That is the reason why I became a fitness coach/Personal trainer. I love to help people feel the same way I’ve felt with sports and lifting.

I help women feel confident and comfortable, I help men gain strength and lose weight and I help kids learn how to deal with stress and become strong and confident.

Before starting to work out with sigmalete health fitness, the gym felt like a maze—a place I knew I should go, but wasn't sure how to make the most of. Before joining Sigmalete, I always told myself I wasn’t ready for group training. I thought I needed to be fitter, stronger, and more confident before I could even step into that environment. I’d look at others training together and think, “I’m not there yet — maybe someday.” But that mindset held me back for a long time. When I finally decided to join Sigmalete, everything changed. From the very first session, I realized that being “ready” isn’t about being in perfect shape — it’s about being willing to show up and put in the effort. Juan and the team at Sigmalete created such a supportive atmosphere that I never once felt judged for where I was starting from. Instead, I felt encouraged, motivated, and understood.
